Notice of Retirement of Select Web Hosting Packages

This is an important update regarding our web hosting services.After careful consideration and in alignment with our commitment to providing the best possible services, we have decided to retire the Starter Hosting Package effective 1st July 2024. 

This decision is part of our ongoing efforts to streamline our offerings and focus on delivering enhanced and more efficient hosting solutions as our new plans offer more disk space, database and file resources effective for high growth websites. 

Impact on Your Services

If you are currently subscribed to the aforementioned package, please rest assured that we are here to support you through this transition. We are offering the following options:

1. Migration to New Plans: We have introduced new and improved hosting plans that offer enhanced features and performance. Our team will assist you in migrating your website(s) to these new plans seamlessly.

2. Customized Solutions: If our standard new plans do not meet your specific requirements, we are happy to work with you to develop a customized hosting solution tailored to your needs.

3. Effective 1st July 2024, all customers who will still be on the Starter Plan will be automatically upgraded to the Standard Plan and new prices will come in to effect when the active services expires
